Recurring prices are: Studio $119; 1 bed, 1 bath $139; 2 bed, 1 bath $169; 2 bed, 2 bath $199; and 3 bed, 2 bath $239. The matching first or one-off prices are $139, $159, $189, $229 and $269. All prices are AUD.
What the standard visit covers
The usual scope is vacuuming and mopping throughout, accessible cabinet and benchtop surfaces, the bathroom basin and shower screen, plus the cooktop and microwave exterior. A listed visit is commonly around three to four hours, but the confirmed allocation depends on the size and condition of the home.
- Inside ovens, fridges and cupboards are not part of the standard visit
- Heavy grease, mould and full-wall washing need separate approval
- Windows, balconies, large amounts of pet hair and decluttering are extras
Why the first clean costs more
A recurring price assumes the frequency and repeatable scope have already been agreed. The first visit often needs more time to establish the home, deal with accumulated work and confirm what can be maintained on later visits. If the property has many items, furniture or rubbish, send photos before accepting a package price.
What to send for a usable quote
Send the postcode, bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred frequency, parking/access, whether pets live in the home and clear photos of the kitchen and bathrooms. If you need an oven interior, balcony, windows or decluttering, list those items before the booking.
