What these prices assume

  • Prices are in AUD and are starting prices for a standard-size Sydney apartment in ordinary condition.
  • Move-in and end-of-lease pricing assumes the property is empty, power and water are connected, and lift or one-level access is available.
  • Send the postcode plus a short walkthrough video or clear photos for the final written scope and total price.
  • Parking, tolls, rubbish removal, heavy grease, mould, paint, cement, silicone, full-wall washing, high or exterior windows and extra balconies cost extra.
  • If the home is not cleared, light decluttering starts from $50; larger jobs are quoted from photos or video.
  • Extra work outside the agreed scope is AUD $65 per cleaner per hour and must be approved first. Two cleaners for two hours equals four cleaner-hours (AUD $260).
