Start with the written report
A short message saying “the agent is not happy” is hard to act on. TYG needs the agent’s written comments, photos and the specific area being questioned. Then it can be compared with the booked scope.
What can be reviewed
A cleaning omission inside the paid written scope can be reviewed. Examples might include a reachable surface that was included but missed, or an agreed bathroom area that needs checking. Timing and access still need to be coordinated.
What is separate
Damage, old wear, permanent staining, repainting, rubbish removal, unbooked carpet cleaning and newly requested add-ons are not the same as an in-scope re-clean. They need a separate quote if the work is possible.
